Kaila offers a safe and trusting place to process trauma and grief. She works collaboratively with her clients to set goals and identify opportunities for growth. Kaila honors the depth of trust within the therapeutic relationship and meets each client with empathy and acceptance. She provides clients with applicable skills to use in their everyday life for managing anxiety, depression, and conflict.

Kaila is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #126526. She holds a masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Palo Alto University and a bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Kaila has worked as a therapist in a variety of clinical settings including residential treatment, non-profit community mental health, school systems, and group practice. Kaila is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the American Counseling Association.
